| Abstract: | Statistics show that around 85% of projects are delivered using an Australian Standard contract. However as local government projects become more sophisticated many are looking at other contracting models from other states such as New South Wales’ GC21, or from overseas with the NEC or FIDIC. This presentation will look at some of these other forms and their appropriateness for local government projects and whether there is a better contract for infrastructure delivery. |
