| Abstract: | For decades, we’ve been forced to make critical decisions about assets with limited information, evidence, and confidence in the outcome. With better, accurate data, asset managers and engineers can be empowered to make better decisions about their assets. Trendspek’s 3D Precision Asset Intelligence (PAI) software enables you to draw on vast volumes of asset data, distilled into a user-friendly interface, to finally deliver trust and certainty in asset management. The first Precision Asset Intelligence software in the global market, Trendspek is purpose-built to capitalise on the unprecedented volume of data that can be digitally captured. Transforming hundreds of thousands of data points into an interactive 3D model, Trendspek’s accuracy removes the need for physical inspection and offers accurate measurement across all planes, cloud-based storage, real-time communications, in-model markups and interactive reporting. Where traditional inspections are expensive and can contain subjective information recording, using Trendspek produces an exact 3D replica within 24 hours for surveyors to make a thorough assessment. By comparison, physical inspection methods can take weeks or even months. Having access to a Precision Reality Twin means stakeholders can virtually access the asset remotely from any web browser, at any time. This allows bridge engineers to inspect and annotate the expressway piers from their desks, without needing to make expensive site visits. Once the digital report through the PAI model was completed, they were then able to target specific locations to further investigate. All without setting foot on site. With repeat captures and multiple models, information can be tracked against the entire asset lifecycle and readily compared in-app to monitor changes. With a rich historical digital record of an asset that covers every hairline crack, organisations managing large portfolios can simplify daily operations, better plan maintenance and repair work, and improve record-keeping and monitoring over time. With advanced processing capabilities, Trendspek converts a wide range of high-fidelity data (drone imagery, BIM, LiDAR, thermal, GPS) into accurate 3D models that can be accessed by any stakeholders within an easy-to-use platform. In an age of infrastructure resource shortages, we’re replacing assumptions with evidence. Trendspek empowers asset managers with certainty to identify, prioritise and mitigate risk across asset portfolios, while extending asset lifespan to yield greater return on investment. Biography: Trendspek is a leading 3D asset management software that gives you the power to virtually inspect, monitor and report on large-scale infrastructure safely, securely and remotely – all without leaving your desk. Founded in 2018 by Derek Feebrey, Fiona Church and Mitch Deam, Trendspek minimises the risks associated with asset inspection by replacing physical methods with digital markup, collaboration, measurement and reporting. Inspired by a growing demand for safer inspection methods and the unlimited power of drone technology, our co-founders embarked on a mission to revolutionise infrastructure to deliver more safety, precision and efficiency. And so, Trendspek's Precision Asset Intelligence platform was born. Pioneering a new era of innovation, Trendspek’s cloud-based platform is used globally by over 2000 industry leaders and counting, and has set a new standard for rapid asset capture and high-fidelity 3D asset models. |
