dc.description.abstractWaste continues to provide opportunities for councils and the private sector to develop new and improved solutions to address both waste management and deliver positive economic and environmental impacts for communities. However, it is important that the contractual frameworks for waste management recognise the long term drivers for deploying capital and also provide flexibility to enable innovative solutions to changing needs.
