dc.description.abstractContinuing from several successful test projects throughout 2020, Interflow is utilising technological advancements in the management of CCTV inspection data. Interflow has leveraged artificial intelligence, automation, and the cloud-storage of data to improve the timing, deliverability of results, and repair recommendations for a number of Utilities and Councils in NSW and ACT. The presentation will focus on providing an overview of the activity addressing the points below. • The specific issue being addressed. o Consistency of review approach o Delivery of results to customers o Increasing the value of past data o Improving the availability and use of future data o Mapping options that are now available with results • Approach developed to address this issue. o Use of artificial intelligence to identify and classify defects. o Move away from the requirement for project managers and engineers to review hours of footage and use targeted frames to complete quality audits and develop repair programs. o Opportunity to hand-over inspection footage, reports and data using an online platform that removes the requirement of bulky local storage • Summary of activities and their implementation. o Presentation to look further into the platform and the outputs that clients receive to make asset management decisions about their pipe networksen_US
