| dc.description.abstract | Frameworks, the models we use to relate organisational aims to measurable outcomes, are a fundamental part of nearly all activities within an organisation. Most of them are undocumented, personnel driven, and don’t necessarily have demonstrable links with the organisation aims and objectives.
