| Abstract: | With the recent introduction of IPWEAQ student membership, it seemed timely to discuss the transition between university study and the big wide world of employment. As a recent Civil Engineering and Business Management graduate, I would like to share my experiences, offer some guidance and provide some insight into this transition for students, as well as employers, managers and supervisors. |
