Annual Report 2012-13 Vol 1

Abstract

The 2012–13 Department of Transport and Main Roads Annual Report presents performance information for the period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013. In line with the Transport and Main Roads Strategic Plan 2012–2016, the annual report presents information under four strategic objectives: á Plan an integrated, reliable and cost-effective transport system á Deliver transport infrastructure that supports economic growth and provides access to services for the community á Manage the transport system to improve safety, useability and customer service á Ensure a sustainable and capable workforce with effective processes and systems that enable better delivery of transport outcomes. Each section provides an overview of key information including highlights, achievements and future priorities. A glossary of terms is also available at the end of the report.
