A is a joint funding of Commonwealth and State Governments to provide disaster relief and recovery payments and infrastructure restoration from effects of natural disasters. This program is managed on a basis by the Queensland Reconstruction Authority – QRA. QRA consults with administrative agencies to obtain initial expenditure estimates on eligible relief measures and impact to the community. If collated expenditure estimates on eligible relief measures exceed $240,000 (for 2017/2018), the event meets the definition of being an eligible event. Which will then be a “NDRRA Activation”en_US
